Creaky suspension resolved. The team are always willing to perform extra oil changes on my car even though it`s more frequent than the recommended service intervals. No specific concerns, but Chris offered to look into wether todays work (and the work completed by a Ford Dealer in another part of the country a few weeks ago) can be claimed for via the Fordprotect warranty, which I`m very grateful for.

I cannot commend Burns Garage in Congleton enough. the service I received for my Subaru Forester Sport was excellent. Thank you Chris, and furthermore as this was in the midst of the recent snow and ice freeze I was utterly delighted and absolutely thrilled that
the Garage went the "extra mile" in that arrangements were made to transport me into Congleton from the frozen Peak District in attrocious conditions to pick my vehicle up - Thank you Neil, so much for such brilliant service. Not only was the service tremendous, but Neil went out of his way to help me with administrative "problems" that I was encountering due to oversights from the Garage I originally purchased the vehicle from. Not only are they friendly, professional and incredibly able, they are also welcoming, kind and go the extra mile even without being asked to. The process from start to finish was so smooth and have to say enjoyable! I would say the best service we’ve ever received when purchasing a car. Well, the first week has been a voyage of discovery. Spent a good bit of time figuring the car out and setting it up. The adaptive cruise control is a joy and so much better than standard cruise. I`ve also appreciated the Subaru having the ability to raise or drop the speed in multiples of 5mph. I had that on the Volvo and thought i would lose it. The car feels an absolutely cavernous drive compared to the Volvo, and I've not missed the dark headlining. For me both the handling and the brakes on the Subaru are far better than the Volvo. The larger book is very welcome too. On the drive home from the dealership it was doing around 50mpg motorway, and 32mpg town. I wasn't unhappy with that for day one. Its now gone up to 36mpg around town. We`ll be taking it up to Scotland in the near future so we`ll see how it goes on that run, but I'm expecting good things.
